Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made 48 hours before the lesson time is free of charge.
- Lesson cancelled within 48 hours before the lesson time can be rescheduled within two weeks; otherwise one lesson will be charged.
- Cancellation made within 24 hours before the lesson time won’t be refunded.
Refund Policy
- If you would like to cancel a standard lesson 48 hours before without rescheduling, it will be refunded via PayPal (with fees deducted).
- If you have purchased a package and would like a refund, the lessons you have taken will be charged as standard lessons. The rest will be refunded via PayPal (with fees deducted).
